Albatross18 to Pangya North America account transfers have finnally begun with the servers now live. With a initial few problems things for the most part seem to be going smoothly now. If you havn't already transfered the process is simple, head over to pangya.ntreev.net and click the "recover account" button under the trailer. You will be first asked to create a new Ntreev account or login then for username and birthday of your old Albatross18 account (if you don't remember just login to the account back at OGP and view your details). Finally you will be asked to keep your in-game name or create a new one (which you create when you first login to the game itself) then have to download the new client and wait till the next maintance to be migrated, till then you start off default so don't buy anything except usable items and things you didn't already own.
Chaging in-game names can include emotes so Koohii and Madoka members can change to the guild nickname tag without cookies if you want.
They were Kii User and Mdk User if you don't know or remember. |

With the disappointment of the decline and closure of Albatross news as finally arrived with the re-branded North America service of Pangya by NTreev USA exactly as predicted. The good news is they are looking at providing some form of migration from our old accounts. No further details as of yet but this is the reply to the closure we were waiting for.
Koohii guild's presence will continue on in the new service and grow stronger for years to come.
Read on for a quotation of the announcement.

Official word has come, Albatross18 is closing. It has been speculated for months in the blog sphere this would happen fuelled by the lack of updates. So for some it is no surprise and reality for those who didn't want to believe.
Now to the future, where to? Speculation is that NTreev USA (the subsidiary of Pangya's Korean developer) will take over. This is possible seeing NTreev is not renewing the publishing contract with HanbitSoft and will publish the Korean server themselves starting next month in what will be a seamless transfer. Albatross18 was left in such a mess that this is unfortunately impossible if a new server is to remain viable. For now it's a wait and see for further announcements to how they will handle this.
As for the Koohii guild please read our response to the news posted on our community forum.

This year Koohii has started its expansion to other Pangya regional servers starting with Pangya Korea and Pangya Europe. We extend a open invite to those who play on either of these servers wishing to join Koohii. This will lead to a new diverse worldwide community for the Koohii Network and lend to the viability of our services such as PangyaWiki.
Pangya Korea — Koohii finally arrives at the birthplace of Pangya! When bringing the world of Pangya players together where else better to start. Join by signing up on our guild management page.
Pangya Europe — Koohii's expansion into Europe will see further support for our current European players from Albatross18 with events and schedules held at a friendly time. In regards to the in-game guild system which is not yet available, the guild will be run via the Koohii community forum usergroups system. Join by going to your user control panel's "usergroup" tab on the forums.
Help spread the Koohii cheer~ |
